Can I Order From ReadyGOLF.com By Telephone?
Our customer service agents are only a phone, Monday - Friday, 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST. To place orders by phone call (803) 831-5347.

How Do I Calculate The Amount For Shipping?
OUR FLAT RATE REMOVES THE GUESSWORK.
It can be frustrating when a good deal ends up not so great once shipping and tax is factored in. We've streamlined the ordering process to provide a simple, up-front purchasing experience. No matter how many items you order, ship everything within the contiguous 48 US states for the flat rate of $5.95 per order. It's that simple. Plus, all purchases are sales tax free when ordering outside of the state of South Carolina.

When Will My Order Ship?
We strive to get your orders filled ASAP. Typically, orders our processed within 48 hours, unless we are expecting a back-ordered item to arrive within a few days. If we expect a delay in sending your package we will contact you by phone, or by email. Please keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday and holidays do apply when counting shipping days, and UPS does not deliver on these days.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?
All domestic orders ship via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS):
USPS First Class - packages under 1 lb.
USPS Priority Mail - packages 1 - 2 lbs.
UPS Ground - packages over 2 lbs or valued over $75.00 USD

Can I Use A Carrier Other Than UPS Or The United States Postal Service?
If you have an account with another carrier like FedEx or DHL, we can arrange a pick-up and delivery for you via that service using your account number.

Do You Have Express Shipping Service?
If you require a different shipping method such as UPS, Fed Ex or Next Day Express, please contact our Customer Service, they will be happy to help. Please call for express shipping options.

Will Next Day Air Get My Order Here Tomorrow?
Not in all cases. Orders received Monday through Thursday by 2:00 pm EST. will arrive the next day, unless the requested items are temporarily out of stock, or something beyond our control happens, such as mother nature or a carrier error. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Saturday delivery is available for UPS 2-Day Air and Next Day Air at additional cost, and you must request this option by phone or e-mail to confirm.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?
If you provide an email address in the shopping cart, you will receive an email when your order has shipped. UPS orders will include a tracking number. Tracking services provide detailed information. You can track your package going directly to the USPS.com or UPS.com website to track your package. United Parcel Service (UPS) uses Tracking numbers. Tracking numbers provide detailed information including acceptance information and updated scans as the item is enroute. United States Postal Service (USPS) use Delivery Confirmation numbers. Delivery Confirmation number only show assurance of delivery or of attempted delivery. They DO NOT provide information while the package is enroute. Please note. The Delivery Confirmation indicates the package has been labeled, it does not indicate the package has been picked up, however, we have daily USPS mail pickup from our warehouse. How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
We will email a shipping notice with tracking information once your order has shipped. Upon notice, please allow up to 3 - 7 business days for your arrive.. Note, we have no control over transit time to your location once your order has shipped.

What Is Meant By Business Days?
Business days are Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays do not apply.

Do You Ship On Weekends?
Weekend shipping is not available. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We are sorry that we can no longer accept orders outside the Continental USA due the high rate of credit card fraud. We can only charge cards drawn on USA banks.

Can I Change A Shipping Address After Ordering?
Yes, call or email us and we will be happy to change the address, provided the order has not already shipped. If your order has been picked up by a carrier then it is not possible to change the shipping address.

Shipment Delays?
Purchasing our inventory through many large distributors enables us to offer very competitive prices. While we do warehouse many items, we do not warehouse every item listed on our site. Orders can sometimes take 2 weeks from the time you place your order until the time you receive your package and sometimes longer for specialty items. If you need an order by a specific date, please note this when you place your order in the "Comments" section at check out, or give a call. If we can not get your order to you by the specified date, we will let you know prior to processing your order.

How Do I Track My Order?
For online orders, our system will forward a UPS tracking number or US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation number to you via email after your order has been packaged and labeled. If you order by phone, fax or mail, contact us for your tracking information at (803) 831-5347, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

My Product Was Damaged In Shipping. What Should I Do?
There are several options available to the customer when this happens, just call us at (803) 831-5347, and we will be more than happy to work with you in order to come to the best possible resolution.

I Received The Wrong Item. What Should I Do?
If you have received the incorrect product, please call (803) 831-5347 within seven (7) business days, and we will either replace the product,or refund your full purchase price including shipping.
